Reservations Are Required For ADA Seating Needs

Cirque Italia is sensitive to our customers with special needs. Therefore, we we do offer ADA seating for ease of access to customers with mobility issues, and those with visual/hearing impairments. Due to the fact that we have a limited number of ADA accessible seating, and we want to ensure that an ADA accessible seat is available to those who need it, ADA seating is only available by reservation over the phone.
Please call 941-704-8572, and a Cirque Italia Customer Service Specialist will be happy to place an ADA seating reservation for you.

In order to ensure we have the inventory available, all ADA reservations must be placed by 4 pm Est Thursday for that show location. Before calling to place your ADA reservation, please read our ADA seating policy below regarding ADA seating restrictions bellow:


ADA Reservations Policy: *Due to limited available seating in our ADA area, we limit reserved seating to two persons. You may reserve seats in our ADA seating area for yourself and one companion who is providing assistance (we will make an exception for one additional child over the age of two, if there are no other adults in your party to provide supervision. Children under the age of two do not need a reservation if they are in lap). Additional members in your party must sit in the general admission area within the level they purchased. If you have multiple persons in your party with mobility or special needs, who are requesting ADA seating, you will need to make a separate reservation under each persons' name.

NO REFUNDS OR RETURNS! ALL SALES FINAL. SERVICE FEES ARE NONREFUNDABLE.

If a promotional coupon is being offered, you must obtain promo codes prior to ordering tickets, and are only valid at the time of purchase. Coupons, Promotional Discounts, and Special Offers are only available during the period offered, and will not be applied retroactively.

RESALE OF TICKETS IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED.

Ticketing Policy: Patrons of all ages are welcome. Passes/tickets will be required for patrons age 2 and older. All sales are final. All acts advertised were available at time of publication, however acts and performance times are subject to change without notice. No refunds or exchanges. Passes/tickets lost or stolen will not be replaced. Management reserves the right, without the refund of any portion of the pass/ticket price, to refuse admission or to eject any person who fails to comply with the rules of the venue, local, state or federal law, or whose conduct is deemed illegal, disorderly, or offensive to management. Persons entering the venue are subject to search for contraband, unauthorized merchandise, alcohol, controlled substances, weapons, firearms, fireworks, video equipment, or recording devices, which are expressly forbidden. Any persons found attempting to enter the venue with forbidden item(s) will be refused access, or, at venue’s discretion, allowed to give up the forbidden item(s). Confiscated items will be destroyed or given away at venue’s discretion. Pass/Ticket user assumes all risks of personal injury incidental to the event, whether occurring prior to, during, or subsequent to the event. The resale or attempted resale of passes/tickets at a price higher than that appearing on the face of the pass/ticket is prohibited. Pass/ticket user consents to the Circus and its affiliates’ use of his/her likeness incidental to any video display or news media coverage. No refunds on shows cancelled or postponed due to venue or "severe weather alerts." If cancellation or postponed show, customer will be notified of rescheduled showing to later showing.
